WHAT YOU NEED:

300g Medjool dates

200g Oats
-
Honey
-
Coconut Oil
-
Dark and White Chocolate ( You can use milk chcooclate or a chocolate bar eg areo for falvour)

INGREDIENTS
BASE
-
200g Oats
-
3 tablespoons Maple syrup or Honey
-
4 tablespoons Coconut Oil
-
6 Medjool dates
-
4 tablespoons Water
CARAMEL
-
The rest of the packet of 300g Medjool Dates

1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
-
6 tablespoon Water
-
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
TOP LAYER
-
Vegan Dark Chocolate
-
¼ cup coconut Oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Place bun cases in a bun tray.

Blend the oats and 6 dates in food processor.

Add in the honey/maple syrup and coconut oil.

Spread the base ingredients in the prepared bun cases and press the mixture against the sides of the case with the back of a spoon leaving a well in the middle of each.

Place in freezer to set while you make the date caramel.

Blend the ingredients for the caramel: dates, coconut oil, water and vanilla extract.

Add a teaspoon or two of caramel into each cup.

Melt the dark chocolate and spread evenly over caramel layer. Place in freezer for 15 minutes or longer to harden.
