Luxurious  Porridge

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup (80g) Rolled Oats

• 1 cup milk (dairy free alternative)

• 1 cup water

• 1 tbsp Chia/Flax Seeds

• 2 tsp Maple Syrup or honey (optional)

• Raisins (optional)

• 1/2 cup of Raspberries

• 15g dark or milk chocolate (dairy free alternative)  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. On the Hob: Combine the oats, milk, water, flaxseed, maple syrup, raisins in a saucepan and bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time to make sure it doesn’t stick to the button of the saucepan. When cooked, allow to cool.

2. Overnight: Combine the oats, milk, water, flaxseed, maple syrup, raisins in a bowl and place in the fridge overnight.

3. Pour mixture into a wine glass and spread mashed raspberries on top of the oats.

4. Melt the chocolate and pour over the raspberry layer and place in the fridge to harden.
