As stated on the Nando's FAQ webpage "For Click & Collect and Delivery Orders, we can't currently cater for specific dietary requirements, sorry! If you visit the menu page you can see all our allergen information."
Allergen filter on websites filters menu to view dishes that do not directly contain the selected allergen. When ordering food in the restaurants, allergen or dietary requirements orders are taken by the manager and an “Allergen” label is placed on dish that was prepared specifically for the individual with dietary requirements.
