INGREDIENTS

170g Dates

½ cup of Oats blitz into Oat Flour

2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
-
1 tbsp Dairy Free Milk or Milk of choice

1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
-
1 tsp Sea Salt (optional)
-
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
COATING:
-
Oats
-
Chocolate
-
Desiccated Coconut
-
Cocoa Powder
INSTRUCTIONS

Blitz all ingredients in a food processor.

Roll a teaspoon of the mixture into a ball and roll into a bowl of oats and place on a tray. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Place the tray with the rolled balls into the freezer to set. If the balls are soft you can store them in the freezer or if they are a strong consistency you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge.

TOP CHOCOATE LAYER:

125g Chocolate

2tbsp Coconut Oil melted
