INGREDIENTS

300g Oats

300g Dates
-
15 tbsp Dairy free milk alternative

1 tbsp honey
-
5 tbsp water
-
3 tbsp Cacao powder
-
1 tsp vanilla extract

80g Dark Chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Line a square baking tin.
2. In a food processor, blend the oats into oat flour and add the dates and blend.
3. Add the cacao powder, milk, vanilla extract, honey and water and mix into a thick dough.
4. Spoon the mixture into a prepared tin and flatten the top with a spoon.
5. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the top.
Place in a freezer or fridge to set.Heat the knife with hot water to cut the bars into squares
